Are they connected to your ARCHOS Weather Station ?

You can check this info  Menu > Station configuration > Your station > Sensors

Make sure your WiFi is activated. Check if the batteries of the soil module and the external module are not empty. If they are empty, replace them.

Make sure your sensors are not installed far away from your main module. The Weather station range is around 50 meters.
