If you have a front camera and your device is connected to Internet, you can make a video call. You can use Google Hangouts™, installed in your device, or Skype.

The person you call need to have the same app, a valid Internet connection and a device with a front camera (PC, tablet, smartphone - even an i-device it doesn't matter).

With Google Hangouts™, once you have selected the person you want to call (press  to start a new conversation), press  to send an invitation for a conference call. They must accept the invitation and press the camera icon.
