| When I slide the on ON/OFF button upwards to the "Lock" position, my device shuts off. What's wrong? |

| The up position on the ON/OFF switch is actually not a screen lock, it is a reset (a few devices had a lock icon incorrectly printed on the back). The screen lock is an automatic system that is set by going to Settings > System Settings > Key Lock Timer and then you choose after how many seconds you want the screen to lock automatically. Once the screen is locked, you will notice a padlock icon next to the clock. To unlock it, you just have to slide the green box to the right, and the screen will unlock. |
