It is very important to remove your micro-SD card correctly if you want to avoid losing its contents. There are two methods:
- from the notifications bar, simply press the message related to the inserted card.
- In
(or
) Settings > 
Storage > Uninstall SD card.
Please note that the applications installed in your micro-SD card won't work anymore if you remove the card from your device.
