How can I remove my micro-SD card correctly?

It is very important to remove your micro-SD card correctly if you want to avoid losing its contents. There are two methods: 

 

  • from the notifications bar, simply press the message related to the inserted card. 
  • In  (or) Settings > Storage > Uninstall SD card.

 Please note that the applications installed in your micro-SD card won't work anymore if you remove the card from your device.
