You can change the meausurement unit on the Connected Scale either from within the  ARCHOS Connected Self application or on the Connected Scale itself. The change on one in idependant of the change on the other.

On the Connected Scale

To change the unit on the scale, simply press the button on the underside of the scale to switch through the different units. You can choose between kg (kilograms), lb (pounds) or st lb (stones).

Inside the ARCHOS Connected Self application

To change the unit in the application go to the settings section  from the top right of the app then choose Units. Here you can choose from kg (kilograms) or lb (pounds).
