How do I unlock my SIM card after 3 failed unlock attempts?

After 3 failed attempts at entering the correct PIN code, your SIM card is locked. You will need to enter the PUK code provided by your mobile network provider.

 

The PUK code is usually written on the document provided with your SIM card. If it is not the case, contact your mobile network provider.
